A finance leader for nearly 40 years, Ross is a charted accountant and trusted advisor with a breadth of experience advising SMEs and Mid-Tier Corporations (including Family Businesses) in how to successfully traverse global financial and trade markets, whilst seizing opportunities using Environment, Social and Governance (ESG), as well as Artificial Intelligence (AI). 

With over 30 years at the Stillwell Group prior to joining Arcadia, Ross has significant experience in corporate governance and board administration, alongside his expertise in comprehensive financial leadership across commercial and family enterprises. He specialises in strategic financial planning (including financial reporting), governance oversight, compliance with ASIC, ATO and other government departments, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and transparent communication.
