A strategic and people focused leader with over 25 years of experience in the disability and community sector, Mandy has a proven track record in leading change management initiatives, driving organisational improvement, and fostering high-performing, adaptive teams. 

Mandy is a problem-solver, with a passion for spreadsheets. Analytical, organised and detail-oriented, she advises SMEs and Mid-Tier Corporations (with a focus on NDIS and Aged Care Businesses and the Allied Health Care Sector) in how to future proof themselves and seize opportunities using Environment, Social and Governance (ESG), as well as Artificial Intelligence (AI). Her expertise lies in providing advice on organisational and operational structures to ensure regulatory compliance whilst driving sustainable growth. She makes complicated tasks user friendly, develops systems that have accountability, and collaborates with teams to deliver the highest quality strategic solutions to resolve business challenges. Mandy is also an accredited DISC Advanced consultant and works with teams to improve the quality and effectiveness of workplace relationships and reduce behavioural conflict.
